Nighthorse is on the lookout for an Event Manager with a flair for diverse entertainment experiences. This role is pivotal in orchestrating a variety of events, including live music, comedy shows, DJ sets, and special acts. Event Manager Responsibilities 

  • Coordinate and manage a range of events including live music, comedy nights, DJ sets, and special performances

  • Book, schedule, and liaise with artists, bands, comedians, DJs, and performers

  • Oversee sound, lighting, and AV setups, ensuring each event meets our high-quality standards

  • Engage in photography and content creation for event promotion and archiving

  • Develop marketing strategies and digital content to enhance event visibility and engagement

  • Negotiate contracts and manage budgets for entertainment, technical needs, and marketing materials

  • Address and troubleshoot any issues that arise during events efficiently

  • Assess event success and gather feedback for continuous improvement

  • Stay abreast of industry trends in entertainment, event technology, and digital marketing

The ideal candidate has

  • At least 3 years of experience in event management, with a focus on live entertainment and DJ events

  • Skilled in sound systems, lighting, and technical event production

  • Experience in photography, content creation, and digital marketing

  • Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills

  • Ability to multitask and manage complex projects in a fast-paced environment

  • Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
