OVERVIEW

We’re hiring a Bartender to join our growing team. As the Bartender, you’ll be crafting delicious cocktails while engaging with guests to provide memorable experiences. Bartender Responsibilities 

  • Prepare alcoholic beverages for bar needs

  • Support in creating, planning, and serving a bar menu

  • Restock and replenish bar inventory as needed 

  • Maintain a clean, neat, and organized workstation

  • Comply with food and beverage regulations

  • Work well as part of a team

  • Proper set-up of the service bar

  • Maintain a calm attitude when in a stressful, chaotic environment

The ideal candidate has

  • Minimum 2 years in a related role 

  • TIPS alcohol certification

  • Food handling certification  

  • Extensive bar & cocktail knowledge

  • Strong communication skills

  • The ability to work under pressure and make decisions in real-time

  • The experience to operate at a high level under the direction of the management team

  • The capability to meet the physical and scheduling demands of the position, including walking, standing, or lifting heavy items for extended periods, and working nights, weekends, and holidays
